The beginning
In 1999 the very first version of The Painted Shed was created! I took over my husbands tool shed! Painted it super cute and had a little mini shop!

I spent the summer of 2001 painting a mural on both sides of my mobile shop.
And now...
Marie has worked tirelessly to make the current Painted Shed what it is today, a unique and cozy renovated farmhouse that keeps all of its charm from when it was built in 1913, filled with wonderful gifts, decor and handmade small furniture.
